Refund policy

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your Pin purchase, so you may return items within 15 days of the date of purchase. If you need to return an order, simply email pinlounge@gmail.com and request to return item. Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value. Pin Lounge will pay for shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error by Pin Lounge, LLC.
